Description

You will act as the trusted adviser and Supply Chain SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution strategy, architecture, design, and oversight for enhancing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Oversee complex demonstrations, business value workshops, architectural design sessions, and proof of concept (POC) sessions to ensure clear customer next steps.
• Manage project stages including scope, timeline, budget, and resources during client site work.
• Provide functional expertise in Supply Chain Management, including Product Information, Inventory, Warehouse, Transportation, and Manufacturing modules.

Required Skills

• 15+ years total IT industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Operations (F&O).
• 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain applications.
• 5+ years architecting, solutioning, or configuring MS Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of successful implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Stakeholder and change management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly at a client's site.
