Description

Lead technical architecture and solution delivery for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, from detailed design through construction and deployment.
• Design scalable components within Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.
• Drive technical efforts for pre-sales engagements and build niche solutions or POCs.
• Advocate for best practices to ensure scalable, upgradable customizations in alignment with product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in technical leadership and solution delivery.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service) in both Online and On-Premise environments.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
• Proficiency with MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture using REST, ODATA Web APIs, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory.
• Technical capability in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF controls, and data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of security models and connectivity for CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services or Banking sectors.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
• Knowledge of Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
