Description

You will act as a technical consultant focusing on MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for CRM and XRM versions.
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications.
• Deliver projects within agile frameworks and tight timescales.
• Communicate technical solutions directly to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working extensively with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Proven track record with CRM and XRM versions.
• Experience working with Office 365 and SharePoint APIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for customer-facing engagements.
• Ability to work in agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure DevOps.
