Description

You will act as a technical consultant focused on MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Resolve complex technical issues within CRM and XRM systems.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.
• Collaborate directly with customers to provide analytical and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and XRM versions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Experience working with Office 365 and SharePoint APIs.
• Technical knowledge of CRM, XRM, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of managing cloud and on-premise deployments.
