Description

You will lead the technical direction and end-to-end assurance for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with end users to define business requirements and drive solution design.
• Own the Technical Design Document (TDD), technical governance, and the reuse of technical assets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Manage the release process, including code promotion criteria and configuration management compliance.
• Collaborate with Application and Data Architects to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, plug-ins, and custom workflows.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Web Services, and Web API.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL, and SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
• Proven track record of full life cycle implementations across multiple Dynamics CRM/365 versions.
• Working knowledge of Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management functionality.
• Experience working within the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent industry experience.
