Description

You will lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to MS best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform developers, enforcing technical standards and coding practices.
• Define end-to-end technical architecture, including robust data models, integration patterns, and application design for D365 and Power Platform.
• Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the organization's needs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and SMEs to clarify requirements and ensure functional alignment.
• Ensure solutions follow Test Driven Development (TDD) principles and align with the organization’s test framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Sales, Custom Apps).
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus (Queues/Topics), Logic Apps, and App Services.
• Ability to oversee high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations between D365 and external systems.
• Experience advocating for low-code/no-code approaches while maintaining governance and scalability.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCF (Power Component Framework) Controls.
• Background in reviewing and challenging design decisions in architecture forums.
