Description

Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 365 solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customizations including plug-ins.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Web Services and Web API.
  • Manage the full SDLC, including requirement gathering, system design, deployment, testing, and user training.
  • Execute solution deployments across various environments using established deployment types.
  • Apply functional knowledge to Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management modules.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in application development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM/365 entities, JavaScript, web resources, and plug-in development.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and core .NET technology.
  • Strong SQL Server and SSRS skills.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
  • Hands-on experience with Web Services and Web API.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Degree in IT or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Current Microsoft Certifications.
  • Experience working within Agile processes.
