Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and perform gap-fit analysis to define technical solutions.
• Design and develop custom extensions including plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Build integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise systems such as ERP, SharePoint, and O365.
• Execute data migrations using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business and application teams within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on Dynamics CRM.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics 365 (Entities, Workflows, and Configuration).
• Hands-on experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Strong proficiency in core .NET technologies, including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Proven track record of completing at least two full implementation projects.
• Experience integrating CRM via web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Practical knowledge of the CRM security model and business process flows.
• Competency in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management functional areas.
• Experience with deployment processes and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of design and development best practices for CRM 2013/2015.
