Description

You will provide high-level technical support and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage D365 configuration, customization, and deployment including entities, workflows, and business process flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the CRM architecture and security model.
• Extend CRM functionality by developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Administer system security, access controls, and user permissions.
• Handle help desk ticket management and adhere to established SLAs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Experience extending Dynamics CRM via plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Strong proficiency in core .NET technologies, including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Experience creating OOB CRM and custom/SSRS reports.
• Practical knowledge of integrating CRM using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and ticket management workflows.
• Solid understanding of application support, deployment aspects, and Agile development.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Experience with Power BI or additional programming languages.
• Background in finance.
