Description

Lead the technical direction, administration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend D365 using plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
• Manage system administration, security models, access control, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging patterns.
• Design and implement custom SSRS reports and business process flows.
• Lead application support efforts, managing tickets and adhering to SLAs via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and architecture.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.
• Hands-on expertise in D365 configuration, entities, workflows, and customization.
• Proficiency with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Strong background in core .NET technologies, including WCF, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with SQL Server and data management.
• Experience managing help desk tasks and ticket lifecycles in ServiceNow.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration certifications.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Background in finance.
