Description

Lead technical implementations and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. You will own the configuration, customization, and extension of the platform using plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, customization, and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 using plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Manage system administration, security models, access control, and deployment processes.
• Develop integrations using web services (REST/SOAP), CRM Web API, and messaging tools like NServiceBus.
• Oversee application support, ticket management via ServiceNow, and adherence to SLAs.
• Design and build custom SSRS reports and business process flows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and architecture.
• Deep expertise in D365 Entities, Workflows, and configuration.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (OData/REST) for CRM extensions.
• Experience implementing CRM integrations via web services.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Background in help desk, ticket management, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional priorities.
