Description

Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for technical requirements, system configuration, user needs, and system upgrades.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and perform gap analysis to identify specific business needs.
• Design business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and external applications.
• Extend CRM capabilities by creating new entities, forms, workflows, views, and reports.
• Execute application testing for configurations and customizations while managing functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics CRM system configuration and technical requirements.
• Proven experience working within the SDLC.
• Strong ability to translate high-level business needs into concise technical processes.
• Experience in requirements validation, option comparison, and needs assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables and track milestones independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business processes.
