Description

Lead the design, delivery, and management of training programs for MS Dynamics CRM implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized training materials, including user manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams, end-users, and clients, tailoring content for new and advanced users.
• Perform training needs assessments by meeting with stakeholders and analyzing user proficiency gaps.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing departments to translate business processes into effective training content.
• Provide post-training support and troubleshooting to ensure system adoption and resolve user queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, covering implementation and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM modules, specifically Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience updating documentation to reflect system updates and new features.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to monitor and report on training effectiveness using participant performance and engagement metrics.
