Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and optimization of MS Dynamics CRM solutions across versions 2015, 2016, and 365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build CRM customizations using C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript, and web resources.
• Manage web services and API integrations to connect CRM with external systems.
• Execute performance tuning and stabilization activities for CRM applications.
• Handle application administration, deployment activities, and DevOps processes.
• Prepare technical and business documentation for bug fixes, maintenance, and platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 6+ years of experience specifically working with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, 2016, or 2015 platforms.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET for plugin and web resource development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript for CRM customization.
• Experience with SQL Reporting and SSRS.
• Expertise in Web services and API integrations.
• Experience managing DevOps processes related to Dynamics.
• Ability to document technical requirements for system stabilization and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform upgrades to Dynamics 365.
