Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical consultant with a D365 background, managing multiple implementations of the D365 product.
• Oversee the complete life cycle of at least 2 to 3 CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Utilize expertise in technologies such as HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, and JavaScript.
• Participate in agile delivery processes, meeting tight deadlines.
• Handle projects involving on-premise cloud support, upgrades, and migrations.
• Customize and configure D365 to meet client requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide support to clients.
• Engage with customers, demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications effectively.
• Design and develop Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and Power BI reports.
• Work with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs.
• Utilize marketing automation tools such as RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and Click Dimensions.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services and integration scenarios.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience in REST and SOAP API integration.
• Knowledge of CRM data models, workflows, and plugins.
• Experience in CRM migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Certification in D365 is mandatory
