Description

You will act as a technical consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing the full lifecycle of 2-3 CRM implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure D365 to meet specific client requirements and business processes.
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Microsoft Flow (Power Automate), and Power BI reports.
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Handle on-premise cloud support, system upgrades, and data migrations.
• Resolve technical issues, debug complex logic, and provide direct support to clients.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and plugin creation.
• Proficiency in the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services and integration scenarios.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs.
• Knowledge of CRM data models, workflows, and plugin architectures.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, or Click Dimensions.
• Active D365 certification is mandatory.
