Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, managing 2-3 projects simultaneously from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of D365 implementations, including on-premise cloud support, upgrades, and migrations.
• Customize and configure D365 to meet specific client requirements using plugins, workflows, and data models.
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Flow, Power Apps, and Power BI reports.
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications and Office 365/SharePoint APIs via REST and SOAP.
• Resolve technical issues and provide direct support to clients while engaging in agile delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), and Power BI.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and integration scenarios.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP API integration.
• Knowledge of CRM data models, workflows, and plugins.
• D365 certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools such as RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, or Click Dimensions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent implementation projects.
