Description

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments and integrated applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM components including entities, web resources, plugins, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop custom solutions using C# (.NET 3.5+) and JavaScript.
• Manage data integration and reporting using SSIS and SSRS.
• Write and optimize SQL or DB2 queries for database management.
• Implement web service protocols using SOAP or OData to support system connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or previous Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions.
• 3+ years working with CRM entities, web resources, plugins, workflows, reports, and security roles.
• Strong experience with C# (.NET 3.5+).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with SQL and/or DB2 database management.
• Working knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
• Familiarity with CRM SDK and web service protocols (SOAP/OData).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or DB2.
• Knowledge of KingswaySoft, WCF/WebAPI, RESTful Services, or TFS.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Outlook, SharePoint, or other applications.
