• 10+ years of overall professional IT experience.
• 3-4 years of hands-on development experience specifically within CRM Dynamics.
• Strong technical implementation skills.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Jersey City, NJ.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
