Technical lead owning hands-on development and solution architecture for MS Dynamics CRM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on development for 80% of workload, focusing on technical implementation.
• Manage technical solutions and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for 20% of role.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates directly to stakeholders and users.
• Apply a platform-based approach to all CRM implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional IT experience.
• 3-4 years of hands-on development experience specifically within CRM Dynamics.
• Strong technical implementation skills.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
