Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support enterprise client business capabilities. You will configure functionality, build integrations, and establish development standards for the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
• Develop and maintain system integrations using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Build custom automation and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Perform code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with product and IT partners to define solution architecture and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) and greenfield implementations.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, security models, and business rules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for front-end customization and plugin development.
• Experience with Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong background in designing and consuming REST APIs for enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-native development patterns.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CRM solutions for sales or client engagement organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workflow automation.
