Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and extend solutions across the Power Platform to support CRM workflows and automation.
• Use Azure services to support integration, deployment, and scalable application needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and deployment best practices.
• Design and implement CRM workflows, forms, dashboards, and business process automations.
• Support integration of Dynamics CRM with external systems and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration-related issues.
• Participate in solution enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow CRM development standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and support teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development and release activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application integrations.
• Understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and business process customization.
• Experience in solution deployment, testing, and support activities.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering scalable and production-grade CRM solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
