Description

You will customize, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics software to align with specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom modules, workflows, and plug-ins using Dynamics development tools.
• Manage data migration and integration between Microsoft Dynamics and external systems.
• Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing while resolving production issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customization, Configuration, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of ADFS configuration and SharePoint integration with CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS for reporting and analytics.
• Proven track record in CRM implementations, ideally within the banking sector.
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
