Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and their integration with external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logical, technical, and physical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, monitoring, and customization of the CRM environment.
• Translate business requirements from non-technical users into functional design documents and technical specifications.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
• Execute data migration tasks and perform quality assurance testing to ensure solution accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.
• 3+ years of experience developing specifically within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services and Dynamics 365 APIs/SDKs.
• Solid background in SQL, database management, and data migration techniques.
• Expertise in CRM data modeling, workflows, and user interface customization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
