Description

You will lead MS Dynamics CRM implementations, define system requirements, and provide technical direction for infrastructure and engineering projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead MS Dynamics implementations by applying engineering principles and providing technical guidance.
• Define system requirements, data mapping, and interface formats between systems.
• Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data feasibility and identify necessary modifications.
• Collaborate with product management to define MVPs and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Perform application testing, root cause analysis using logs and database information, and mentor junior peers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM solution development.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON data structures.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and system-to-system integrations via APIs.
• Experience developing case management through CRM solutions.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Automate and application integration with Power Apps.
• Familiarity with native mobile, responsive web applications, and cloud-native microservices.
• Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, MB-910, MB-210, or MB-230.
