Description

Lead technical development and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, integrations, and CI/CD management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, web resources, forms, and reports.
• Develop, test, and document integrations and data migration interfaces between CRM and third-party software.
• Write, troubleshoot, and manage Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflow activities using the plugin registration tool.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for CRM solutions and lead code-related activities for Microsoft updates.
• Perform design, unit testing, and deployment for break-fix and enhancement projects while providing technical estimates.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the CRM industry and product implementation.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 customization and development.
• Proven ability to develop complex interfaces and system integrations.
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plugins.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#/.Net, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, and Azure DevOps.
