Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize MS Dynamics by creating entities, relationships, web resources, forms, and report customizations.
• Develop, test, and document integrations, data migration elements, and interfaces between CRM and third-party software.
• Write, troubleshoot, and deploy Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflow activities using the plugin registration tool.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for CRM solutions and lead code-related activities during Microsoft updates.
• Provide technical support for developer-level trouble tickets and deliver estimates for new development requests.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the CRM industry and product implementation.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in developing custom entities and data models.
• Experience with plugin development and custom workflow activities.
• Ability to perform design, unit testing, and deployment for break-fix and enhancement projects.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#/.NET, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, and Azure DevOps.
