Description

You will lead the implementation and maintenance of MS Dynamics CRM systems, managing technical delivery and team guidance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement MS Dynamics CRM and formalized systems, ensuring stability without planned integrations or modifications.
• Debug and investigate technical issues to resolve complex problems in distributed environments.
• Teach other developers how to build and maintain processes for distributed architectures.
• Collaborate across different disciplines, roles, and geographical time zones to align on project goals.
• Manage multiple tasks and react to shifting project priorities without disrupting delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or systems implementation.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong debugging and investigative skills for complex technical issues.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities in distributed systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working within distributed, multi-timezone environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with formalized systems beyond standard CRM implementations.
• Proven track record of mentoring developers in distributed environments.
