You will serve as the Technology Architect overseeing the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 CE solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end architecture of the CRM solution.
• Lead the solution design process for complex business requirements.
• Execute real-time integrations with third-party applications.
• Manage D365 Marketing module customizations and configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft D365 CE.
• Deep expertise in the D365 Marketing module.
• Proven experience with Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience integrating D365 with Twilio and SendGrid.
• Experience configuring SMS, Dialer, and email mass communication triggers.
• Ability to design architecture for real-time third-party application integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
