Description

You will develop Dynamics CRM applications using customization and configuration techniques to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of existing software components into the software development life-cycle.
• Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for buy vs. build decisions.
• Perform technical analysis of reusable software components for inclusion in technical solutions.
• Present technical findings to customers and senior staff.
• Integrate multiple software products across cloud and hybrid environments with a focus on user experience.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• 6+ years of Dynamics CRM development experience, including Portals.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating applications from on-premise to Dynamics Online environments.
• Experience authoring project deliverables such as design documents.
• Proficiency working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to develop effective business workflow processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in Dynamics CRM implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of competing products, solutions, and industry trends.
