Description

You will develop and integrate Dynamics CRM applications, managing the full software development lifecycle from technical analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM applications to meet specific customer requirements.
• Lead the integration of existing software components into the development lifecycle and hybrid environments.
• Analyze commercial software for gap analysis and perform technical reviews of reusable components.
• Present technical findings to customers and senior staff, and author design documents.
• Develop effective business workflow processes and migrate applications from on-premise to Dynamics Online.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• 6+ years of Dynamics CRM development experience, including Portals.
• Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating applications from on-premise to Dynamics Online environments.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to author project deliverables such as design documents.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in Dynamics CRM implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of competing products, solutions, and industry trends.
