Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and custom pipeline automation within the CRM environment
• Design and implement technical solutions leveraging AWS infrastructure
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Delegate technical tasks and oversee their execution
• Manage stakeholder communication between product, engineering, and sales leadership teams
• Ensure alignment across teams on technical priorities and deliverables
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• Required
  • Hands-on engineering experience with REST APIs and custom pipeline automation
  • Experience with AWS
  • Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Preferred
  • Extensive MS Dynamics-specific development experience
