Description

Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments and portals. Own the deployment, troubleshooting, and production support of developed applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011 through 365) and 365 Portals.
• Manage multi-server infrastructure including SQL servers, domain controllers, integration servers, and CRM front-end/backend servers.
• Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with SharePoint for document management and mobile application development.
• Design and develop .NET plug-ins, workflows, and data integrations between external systems and Microsoft CRM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 365, and 365 Portals).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and developing .NET plug-ins and workflows for Microsoft CRM.
• Ability to resolve Active Directory and network issues related to CRM installation and integration.
• Experience managing SQL servers, domain controllers, and integration servers.
• Proven ability to perform data integration between external systems and Microsoft CRM.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel or relocate to client sites throughout the U.S.
