Description

You will manage full-lifecycle implementations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, 2016, and D365/UCI as a techno-functional expert.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations across multiple Dynamics CRM versions.
• Develop custom plugins, console applications, and Power Automate flows.
• Build and integrate Web APIs and REST APIs with third-party applications.
• Manage CRM administration, including users, roles, security assignments, and workflows.
• Handle solution deployment, code check-in/checkout, and Ribbon Workbench development.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 techno-functional experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Console App development.
• Strong knowledge of Web API and REST API development.
• Expertise in D365 administration: entities, fields, views, forms, business rules, and process flows.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and integrating MSD with third-party tools.
• Practical understanding of security roles, record sharing, and security assignment concepts.
• Customer-facing experience, ideally in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Azure DevOps.
