Description

You will act as a techno-functional expert managing the full lifecycle of Dynamics CRM and 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM and 365.
• Develop custom plugins, console applications, and SSIS packages.
• Configure core CRM modules including workflows, business rules, entities, fields, views, and forms.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications using Web APIs and REST APIs.
• Manage system administration tasks such as user roles, security assignments, and record sharing.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Dynamics CRM techno-functional roles.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2015/2016, and UCI.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS development and Console App development.
• Proven ability in Power Automate development.
• Technical expertise in Web API and REST API development.
• Experience with Ribbon Workbench and solution deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with code check-in and check-out procedures.
• Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in a BSA capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Azure DevOps.
