  • Over 4-6 years Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional experience
  • Strong customer-facing experience – preferred to have played of BSA role in the past
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, UCI
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Excellent understanding on Integrating MSD with Third-party applications
  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding
  • Proficient in Plugin development
  • Must to have SSIS development, Console App development
  • Must to have Power Automate development Experience
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, Java script , Jquery , HTML , CSS
  • Expert in Web API, developing rest API’s
  • Ribbon Workbench development
  • Understanding of Solution deployment, code check in and checkout
  • Knowledge of CRM D365 Admin must to have – User, role, Workflows, Business rules , entity , field , Views , forms,  Process flows, security roles , security assignment concepts, record sharing
  • Added Advantage in understanding of Azure Devops
