Description

You will develop, test, and deploy enhancements to maintain and improve Dynamics 365 systems. You configure Omnichannel flows for Chat, SMS, and Voice, and collaborate with business users to implement technical solutions. You diagnose technical errors, resolve data issues, and address performance challenges. You create technical documentation and provide feedback within Agile workflows to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enhancements for Dynamics 365 systems.
• Configure Omnichannel flows for Chat, SMS, and Voice.
• Collaborate with business users to implement technical solutions.
• Triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for environments.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Logic Apps and Web Apps.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work within an Agile development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service.
• Experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Microsoft PVA, or CoPilot.
