Description

You develop, test, and deploy enhancements to maintain and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enhancements for Dynamics 365 systems.
• Configure Omnichannel flows for Chat, SMS, and Voice.
• Triage technical errors, resolve data issues, and address performance challenges.
• Collaborate with business users to implement technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation within Agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Logic Apps and Web Apps.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work within an Agile development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service.
• Experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Microsoft PVA, or CoPilot.
