Description

You lead application development, implementation, and team mentorship for MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end application development strategy, implementation roadmap, and maintenance.
• Guide development teams on application design, deployment, and technical issues.
• Mentor developers and enforce best practices in application development and code quality.
• Support the SDLC, ensuring adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build partnerships to align on development processes.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of total IT experience, with 4+ hands-on years in MS Power Platform development.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure WebJobs, and .NET framework/C#.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Azure Git and Jira.
• Ability to implement Configuration Management, including coding, customization, and unit testing.
• Experience integrating systems via REST API.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, form script, and client-side scripting.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ability to work independently.
