Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from code implementation to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop D365 source code, plugins, and workflows to implement user story requirements.
• Configure the Dynamics 365 Platform based on functional specifications provided via Service Now.
• Design, build, and support intuitive reports, dashboards, and graphs using Power BI.
• Participate in design reviews, solution grooming, and Agile scrum ceremonies.
• Support in-sprint automation, script failure reviews, and regression test execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Web API and SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform Developer tools, and flow connectors.
• Strong command of client-side JavaScript for D365 customization.
• Experience creating D365 plugins, workflows, and business workflows.
• Knowledge of D365 SDK tools and inbound/outbound integration triggers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Service Now for functional requirement intake.
