Design, develop, and implement custom MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional technical specifications for CRM customization.
• Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with banking systems and third-party applications.
• Maintain existing CRM solutions by analyzing user feedback and implementing updates.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML for CRM customization.
• Experience with CRM integration techniques and data migration processes.
• Knowledge of banking industry operational processes.
• Experience using CRM reporting and analytics tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
