Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full SDLC, including code reviews, resource planning, and mentoring team members.
• Extend Microsoft CRM functionality by building custom add-ons, plug-ins, and rich xRM applications.
• Manage software implementation projects, covering analysis, design, deployment, and migrations.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to scope system changes and assess costs and benefits.
• Handle project scheduling, monitoring, and risk analysis and mitigation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing software implementation projects.
• 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 design, customization, integration, and administration.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations.
• MS Dynamics 365 Professional certification.
• Proficiency in C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and DAX queries.
• Experience with PowerApps Studio, Power BI Desktop, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Knowledge of Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs.
• Experience with CRM adapters such as KingswaySoft or Scribe.
• Ability to manage on-premise and cloud projects, including upgrades and migrations.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Dynamics Field Service and PowerApps mobile apps.
