Description

You will design, architect, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM systems to model business processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect CRM customizations, reports, and forms to align with documented business requirements.
• Build and configure workflows, dashboards, views, and Dynamics Portals.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
• Automate business processes using Microsoft Flow and the D365 CDS PowerApps model.
• Resolve technical issues involving servers, ETL packages, SQL, and SSRS.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM XRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, Silverlight, and MVC.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams.
• Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and CRM SDK.
• Knowledge of SSIS or ETL technologies such as Scribe.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic, Azure Functions, Data Export Service, and Azure SQL.
• Understanding of O365 integrations including SharePoint and Mobility.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience with XRMToolbox for CRM administration.
