Description

You will design, configure, and deploy complex MS Dynamics CRM and xRM solutions to meet technical and functional requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions using out-of-the-box features, customizations, plugins, and integrations.
• Build workflows, custom actions, business process flows, complex fields, web resources, and custom command bar buttons.
• Architect scalable solution components including configuration, code objects, forms, reports, and integrations.
• Elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes.
• Manage client-facing communication, facilitate customer meetings, and translate complex technical information for business audiences.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics development.
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, and Field Service.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features, limitations, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Proficiency in PowerApps/Canvas Apps, O365 & D365 Administration, Visual Studio, and Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of ESB/ETL technology, preferably with Kingswaysoft.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
• Ability to create performance-optimized and reusable architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL Server Data Tools, Azure Development Tools, and Team Foundation Server.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
