Description

Lead the architecture, customization, and technical implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Architect the CRM system, including customizations, reports, and modeling of business organizational processes.
• Design and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Dynamics Portals.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
• Manage the code repository, Azure DevOps backlog, and source control.
• Collaborate with business users to document requirements and advise on CRM best practices and technical constraints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM XRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, Silverlight, and MVC.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and SSRS, including plugins and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with D365 CDS PowerApps model and Microsoft Flow.
• Deep understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and CRM SDK.
• Knowledge of SSIS or ETL technologies like Scribe.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic, Azure Functions, Data Export Service, and Azure SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE/CR.
• Knowledge of O365 platform integration including SharePoint and Mobility.
