Description

You will manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and Retail environments, focusing on MPOS, HQ, and CSU changes across the store network.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, support, and upgrades for MPOS, HQ, and CSU changes across the store network.
• Manage MPOS customizations, extensions, API interfaces, and frontend support.
• Configure and troubleshoot POS hardware including printers, scanners, customer displays, and hardware stations.
• Execute release management, root cause analysis, and technical design documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support projects.
• Deep expertise in D365 Finance & Operations – Retail/Commerce, specifically MPOS and Store Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce or AX 2012 Retail implementations and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET, SQL Server Database, and SSRS.
• Experience with store rollouts, migrations, mass deployments, and upgrades to MPOS.
• Knowledge of Finance & SCM domains and SLA-based support.
• Experience using incident management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and requirements within a multi-vendor environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing risks and scope in complex technical environments.
