Description

You will manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and Retail environments, focusing on MPOS and Store Commerce.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute MPOS customizations, extensions, and frontend support, including API interface management.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and mass rollouts of MPOS and HQ/CSU changes across store networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot POS hardware including printers, customer displays, scanners, and hardware stations.
• Perform code fixes, configuration, and testing for D365 HQ enhancements across multiple environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis, testing, and release management to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or Retail support projects.
• Extensive expertise in D365 Finance & Operations, specifically MPOS and Store Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce, AX 2012 Retail implementations, and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET, SQLServer, and SSRS.
• Experience with store migrations, new store setups, and SLA-based support.
• Proven ability to manage deployments, rollouts, and code pushes to MPOS.
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Finance and SCM domains.
• Experience operating within multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting D365 HQ interfaces with revenue accounting systems.
