Description

You will own the architectural design and technical delivery for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring scalable and upgradable customizations across online and on-premise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment phases.
• Design components within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to define solution architectures.
• Advocate best practices for developing scalable, upgradable customizations.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for cloud CRM systems and support citizen developers via Powerplatform CoE.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture and development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service).
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, and MS CRM SDK.
• Proficiency with integration architecture, including REST/OData WebAPIs and middleware like Mulesoft.
• Experience with Azure services for integration, such as Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Familiarity with data migration, analysis, and harmonization processes.
• Experience working with SSRS and reporting architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting up Powerplatform CoE and supporting citizen developers.
