Description

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions as the primary technical point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical CRM design and configuration specifications.
• Own the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of Dynamics CRM technology solutions.
• Provide technical estimates for solution implementations using established estimation methods.
• Plan and execute data migration processes into new CRM systems.
• Mentor project resources and foster a quality-focused team culture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript.
• Experience configuring CRM Portals and utilizing Web APIs.
• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Deep understanding of latest OOB features within Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in at least three modules: D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Project Operations.
• Experience managing complex integrations with CRM systems.
• Proven track record with at least two end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Experience working in Agile environments using ADO or VSTS for user stories and bug tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• MCSA or MCSE certifications.
