Description

You will own the architecture and strategic implementation of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric components including Data Engineering, Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Real-Time Analytics.
• Define governance, security, and workload management standards for enterprise data platforms.
• Guide data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline optimization across the solution landscape.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient architecture.
• Provide SME-level guidance, documentation, and roadmap recommendations.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, Warehouse).
• Strong experience with Azure Data Engineering components (ADLS, ADF, Databricks, Synapse).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in architecture design and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI knowledge.
• Experience in enterprise modernization or cloud migration projects.
